Instran
Draft for owner/legal approval before production launch.
Instran is designed as an API-first marketplace for verified student-to-tutor payments, service-fee calculation, invoice/receipt metadata, payout/refund workflows, wallet-based platform services, and support operations.
Students must provide accurate onboarding and verification information, use only approved payment references, and avoid attempts to transfer funds to themselves or to unverified tutors.
Tutors must be verified and payout-ready before student tutor payments can proceed. Blocked tutors require renewed verification before payment eligibility resumes.
Payment, payout, refund, invoice, service-fee, tax/GST, and reconciliation terms require finance and provider-owner approval before production use.
The wallet is restricted to platform services and is not available for Pay-a-Tutor transactions.
These terms are an implementation draft only. Product, legal, finance, operations, and provider owners must approve final terms before launch.
